Karoline from INEVO became a senior school of the year at the University of Kristiania

A year ago, we employed Karoline Thon as an Operating Market Assistant in INEVO while still going the second year to her bachelor degree at the University College of Kristiania. During the employment process, we quickly realized that Karoline was a unique resource. We were absolutely sure she could help many of our customers and not least push us as a bureau to get better.

This week was only given to the “Avgoret’s departure student” of the University College of Kristiania. Characterists are not initially a focus area when we hire, but in this case grades and performance at work went hand in hand.

It is not just INEVO that is satisfied with this appointment. Karoline has been working close to Musti in the last year, one of our customers. The market manager says the following about the award:

“It is so intimately deserved! Karoline is completely raw!” – Kristine Olsen, Director of the Market in the Musti Group

Karoline himself was very surprised at the price. The principal and the rest of the gang from the University of Kristiania did a good job to create this reaction. They got in touch with Karoline's girlfriend by doing research on Facebook. With this, Karoline was tricked into a cafe, where the event took place.
