Cooperation
Lunehemet was one of the first to open online shop in interior Norway and Inevo have been on the story since 2013. Through close collaboration with Lisbeth, we have helped Lunehemn with digital marketing such as Adwords, SEO, banner advertising and social media, as well as design and visual expression.

The customer journey
In the autumn of 2016 we started a new journey by making major changes to the website, redesigning structures and redesign. Inevo was Lunehem’s support player throughout the process. The most important question was: how are we going to make it easier for the customer to navigate on the website?
From the first day of a workshop, various analytical tools were set up that followed the customer throughout the entire process on the website. Based on data, the menu bar restructuring was developed, the search field was made more visible, the image size was increased, and text and other design elements changed.
