This notice covers the independent website on inevo.com. It does not describe the separate website on inevo.no.

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, an optional phone number and your message. Required fields are marked. Please do not include sensitive personal data.

We use the information to respond to your request, assess possible next steps and follow up the conversation. The form is delivered through Formspark. The provider may also process technical submission data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the service.

We keep an enquiry only for as long as needed to respond and complete relevant follow-up, unless a longer period is required for an agreement, legal claim or statutory obligation.

If you subscribe to Effekt, we send your email address and subscription record to Mailchimp, which manages the mailing list and sends the newsletter. The subscription is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

On the AI and AI Bootcamp pages, the email address you enter is sent directly from your browser to SendFox. The provider may therefore also receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Signing up is voluntary. The actual unsubscribe method has not been verified. Before final domain launch, INEVO must confirm the SendFox account owner, consent flow, unsubscribe method, tracking, transfer basis and retention period.

Mailchimp may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in its data processing terms. INEVO must complete its account-level review of double opt-in, engagement tracking and retention before the final domain launch.

The website is delivered using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These services process technical request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie for bot detection; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

The site uses simple first-party visit statistics to understand which content is read, where traffic comes from and how many contact forms are delivered. It stores only daily aggregates for page views, the visited source path, a broad traffic source and successful form submissions. It does not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, query parameters, form content or device identifiers, and it sets no analytics cookies.

The site does not load advertising pixels or behavioural profiling scripts. Embedded content from providers such as Google, Humata, Sveriges Radio, YouTube or Vimeo is not loaded until you choose to activate it. Once activated, that provider receives technical information and applies its own privacy terms.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
